Specialized On-Site Performance Based Solutions
Performance Based Solutions program is designed to increase employee output by increasing productivity. The Performance Based Solutions program is an eight-week implementation process. During the first step the analysis team conducts an operational assessment of the client’s tasks and processes. Data is compiled, analyzed and recommendations are formed and presented to the client’s senior management team. The next step is to establish an implementation time-line with target dates and responsibilities. We then send its implementation team to research client specific information in order to develop a workforce-training curriculum or Performance Training program. Once the training curriculum is established, a team of on-site associates implements the Performance Training program. The implementation team is headed by an on-site manager that is responsible for meeting performance criteria. Monthly performance is measured against the initial performance criteria and is reported to the client through Performance Reports. AFS utilizes Performance Reports to track specific workforce performance, to analyze that performance against the predetermined goals set by the client and to alter its programs to meet evolving customer needs.
